186 Series Back Pressure Valve
Product Description
It is installed in the positive pressure discharge pipeline of the metering pump or diaphragm pump to avoid the occurrence of siphonage and to eliminate changes in the dosing volume due to pressure fluctuations at the dosing point, thus ensuring the dosing accuracy of the pump. Remove the protective cap from the adjusting screw on site, turn the adjusting screw and adjust to the required pressure with the aid of a pressure gauge in the pipeline. The back pressure can be set in the range of 0-0.6Mpa by adjusting screw. When used in conjunction with a pulsation damper, it can reduce water hammer damage to the system, maintain a constant pressure from the pump outlet to the back pressure valve and keep the system flow rate constant.
