AILIPU J-D Series Big flowrate Plunger Metering Pumps ps are robust, quiet, efficient, cost-saving and, thanks to their double-helical gear unit,practically free of axial load. Their space and weight-saving design makes them ideally suited for offshore applications, such as on drilling platforms.AILIPU Technologies' plunger pumps are chosen for the most demanding applications due to their high quality, ease of service, pump longevity and low cost of ownership. Extremely versatile, AILIPU Technologies' plunger pumps can be readily adapted for optimum performance within a wide range of markets and service conditions.

Main Features

** Piston metering pump

** The diameter of the piston can be very small, but can't be so large, normally 3-200mm can be acceptable

** Wide range discharge pressure, and can be maked as the high pressure pump

** No-leakage, use gasket as the seal

** No security leak equipment,  safty valve is suggested in the discharge pipe

**Simple instruction, easy maintenance, and competitive price

Control

** Use stroke adjustment device can be reach the auto-adjust

** The changeable frequency of the motor can control the capacity flow, and remote control can be reached.
