The system integrating dosing pump (metering pump)，liquid tank， pipeline valve system,instruments and appa-ratus,and control system is highly safe and reliable.The key device in the system adopts our proprietary micro dual-diaphragm hydraulic metering pump with diaphragm rupture alarm to transmit the inhibitor. The ultrahigh-pressure inhibitor dosing pump adopts the hydraulic dual-diaphragm metering pump (with diaphragm being made of PTFE or metal).The pump is equipped with diaphragm rupture alarm function，and PTEE (or metal) diaphragm has a longer service life so that it has outstanding explosion-proof performance and high cost performance as well. The inhibitor dosing and metering system is provided with an ultra-precise (410bar) flow meter to perform online monitoring and ensure accurate dosing quantity.
