      Production flow: Step 1: Cutting steel tube or solid bar by ATM cutting machine according to needed length; Step 2: For solid bar we use drilling machine to bore holes(for steel tube, this step is not needed); Step 3: Use ATM chamfering&flaying machine to chamfer and peel ribs on the unfinished couplers(some customers donot need this step); Step 4: Then atm or semi-atm coupler threading machine makes internal threads on unfinished couplers(This step is most important) Step 5: Make mark on finishes couplers by Laser engraving machine(some customers donot need mark) Step 6: Testing coupler length by callipers and thread size by screw gauge.
