Sorting and Washing machine We offers sorting machines with electro-pneumatic ejection system and also camera sorting machines with suction ejection. Raytec Vision sorters, by controlling the product morphology, are able to distinguish the wholesome product from the rotten one and to detect all the foreign bodies. Near InfraRed (NIR) technique allows to differentiate and eject organic and inorganic bodies from the product flow for any kind of food.   The product is subjected to the washing phase,which it can be realized by immersion, by immersion with agitation and by sprinkling on roll conveyor or net tape. Later on, the product is conveyed to calibration and electronic sorting phases. The calibration and integrity of the product, the removing of foreign bodies and no ripened fruits, allow the keeping of an high quality standart.   The electronic sorting is also utilized at the end of dicing machines, this last sorting allows to remove any possible impurities and any residual part not perfectly ripened.   ADVANTAGES AND STRONG POINTS electronic sorter   Sensor vision system with pentachromatic lighting at 5 frequencies, 2 in the visible spectrum and 3 in the infrared (NIR). Selection with combination of multiple parameters as color, organoleptic consistency, deterioration level (decay) and also very dark objects. Resolution better than 6 mm. Expulsion system with pneumatic finger ejection or with air jet ejection. Ethernet connection for remote access. Product traceability: the installed software allows you to select essential data for collection during process for later analysis and/or traceability.
