Samples?

Sample prepare takes about 2-3 days, we charge sample fee USD5-10 per design, 1 or 2 samples per design. sample fee will be refunded when order is confirmed. For all the customer like this except VIP customer,like this it is normall and fair for all customers,pls understand.

How to Packing and protect your goods?

1pc per poly bag,10pcs or  12pcs  into 1 big poly bag. and then use bubble bag fasten and protect it,like this packing can save the volume then to save the delivery charge,Box packing or other Custom packaging is also available at an additional charge. 

Custom-made item is ok?

Custom made items are most welcome. Counter samples charge is US-50 which will be refunded when order is confirmed.

Payment:     

T/T, DP, L/C, Western Union, Paypal and etc (Total amount if less than 10,000 USD(include 10,000 USD) full payment before the production;if total amount more than 10,000 USD,then 30% deposite before the production,70% before delivery the goods to you.

Lead time:

Usually it need only 15-20 working days after receiving payment, for large and OEM orders, it is depend on the quantity.

Shipment:

by 20 foot container,40 foot container,40 foot high cubic container,we have good cooperation relationship with the ship agent,can get very good frieght charge for you,and while you have your ship agent in china is also very good,we can do as your request contact with your ship agent.If small order can send by loose cargo or by express like DHL , FedEx , TNT , UPS ,EMS  are all available ,and we have long term cooperation agreement with some express like DHL and so on can get good price for you.
