Product Description Specifications Superluck PS Plate Processor is especially used to develop and wash offset PS Plates. This machine works in four steps: Developing - Washing - Gumming -Baking or Drying. Features & Spec. 1. Exquisite slant body of SuperLuck PS plate processor.
2. Precise and reliable Mitsubishi PLC control system.
3. Strong and durable PVC tank, acid and alkali proof.
4. Convenient discharge of the bearing seat for the maintenance roller to ensure durability of SuperLuck PS plate processor.
5. Main driving system lies in the left side of SuperLuck PS plate processor. Gear driving assures of smooth driving and easy maintenance.
6. Water and power saving. Environmental-friendly washing mode: inner circle washing mode and tap water washing mode for option.
7. Latent developing structure to ensure sufficient development.
8. Automatic gumming, washing and recycle of gum water.
9. Corrosion-resist and anti-aging gumming roller.
10. Double washing function makes it easy to wash and gum after revision of the plate.
