LW355*1460 dencanter centrifuge with high yield and stable performance  Product Description 1. The basket and the spiral rotate at some different high speeds,the materials enter spiral pushing device through the feeding pipe and then enter the basket after acceleration,under the function of centrifugal forece,the heavier liquidstate or solid-state materials will deposit on the basket wall. 2.The spiral pushing device will push the heavier deposited liquid or solid continously to the cone end of the basket and are exhauseted out of the machine through the dregs outlet,the lighter liquid-state material will continuously overflow form the larger end of the basket and will be drained out of the machine from the liquid outlet. 3.The machine can continously do the feeding ,separaing ,washing and unicading at full speed. 4.LW355*1460 decanter cnetrifuge is suitable to separate the suspension whose solid grain is larager than 0.005mm and whose concentration is within 2-40%. 5.It can run continously and deal with materials greatly.  The feces water treatment centrifuge could deal with the material whose range of concentration is large, small size which is widely distributed. Solid particles are less than 0.5mm as rigid particles, and less than 10mm as non-rigid particles, the machine can treat effectively.     LW 355 series decanter centrifuge is a horizontal centrifuge with continuous feeding and continuous discharging. The counter current type is a king of normal one and suitable for most separating situations. Co-current type After blended liquid flows into drum, the cleaned solution and the cake move in the same direction when separating, after separation, the cleaned solution flows back and is discharged through backfiow connection in order that cake is not washed away by feed liquid when feedng. This rye is more suitable for separation of materials witn Iow concentration and difficult to separate.  Three phase separstion type After two liquid phases and one solid phase with differential density come in to drum, under a centrifugal force, solid phase settles and the two liuquid phases are stratified, thus liquid-liquid-solid separation is realized.
