The  separator for baker yeast is designed mainly for collecting the yeast or microorganisms from the fermentation liquids and fermentation liquids clarification. The fermentation is input in the separated through the feeding tube, under the action of the centrifugal force field, solid particles gathered along the inner surface of the disc to the inner wall of the bowl. When the solids are gathered to a certain quantity,  the solids is discharged from the bowl to the solid collector and discharged out of the machine under the action of the centrifugal force, the light liquid is brought to the center of the bowl and discharged out through the centripetal pump.
