    CJXH-1600G       product description It is Dualistic Packing Aerosol Filling Machine, include: Dualistic compressed air filler with capper and Dualistic liquid filler. First use compressed air filler with capper fill the compressed air into the can, then cap the valve( with the bag) onto the cans. Then use Dualistic liquid filler fill raw materials into the bag of can to completely, insulate raw materials from can body, propellant takes compressed air (purification) to substitute propane and butane liquefied petroleum gas, Diethyl Ether, etc. Thus, the bother brought by leakage of raw material eroding the can body is settled. The machine can also be used as a medical oxygen filling.  parameter

            CJXH1600DT is a new design automatic aerosol filling on the base of 1600D.Microcomputer (PLC) programmable control,photoeltricity sensing. It consisted of 1 set bov sealing &gas filler,2-3 sets high pressure liquid filler. Use the screw bottles pusher instead manual work. It has two working model:manually intermittent filling and automatic intermittent filling, intermittent time is adjustable,very flexible and efficient. Raw material will be filled into the inside bag of the can ,and entirely separate from can body, which prevents the trouble of the can leak due to raw material corrosion.Widely used for pharmaceutical, personal-care, fire fighting and daily chemical. Filling water-based aerosols,disinfect, fire extinguishing agent,pepper spray,shave foam,cosmetic spray,photocatalyst with BOV packages.
