  Production description: 1) Material: The baskets are made from INOX AISI 304 stainless steel, which is finished by electrolytic polishing.  The composition of the material is verified by an external centre of expertise.  2) Ultra fine punch pattern side panel (2mm) guarantee a permeability of more than 40% that results in an extremely good washing and sterilization process and prevent penetration. 3)The fine punched side panel prevents injuries caused by sharp and/or fine instruments and prevents instruments from damage. 4)The top rim is comprised of a plasma-welded top wire. This finish guarantees simpler cleaning, thus improving the hygiene. 5)The design of the basket precludes hollows or cavities in which dirt could accumulate.  The basket are completely free of welding burrs, openings ,distortion of wire or weld discoloration.  6)The tray can withstand multiple cycles of high sterilization temperature (up to 300) making them ideal for use  in all form of sterilization including steam , E.O ,gas plasma, etc. 7) Fine workmanship. 8)  Instead of stainless steel wire, we use whole stainless steel plate to perforate .Very strong and even-size hole.Never change shape of hole.
