Product Description Fiberglass Needle Felt (GL):
   Glass fiber needled felt is a kind of reasonable structure, good performance of high temperature filter material. It not only has the advantage of glass fiber fabrics, such as high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, stable size, small elongation shrinkage,high strength,but also carpet fiber is short fiber which fineness is about 5-7 microns , three-dimensional micro-pore structure, high porosity , small filtration resistance for gas, it is a kind of high temperature filter material with high speed and high efficiency.
   Compared with other high temperature resistant chemical fiber felt, glass fiber needled felt has the special advantages of low price, higher temperature resistant . But the running resistance is higher than that of ordinary chemical fiber high temperature materials, the filtering precision is slightly lower. Glass fiber needled felt can be widely used in all kinds of industrial furnace in high temperature flue gas filtration,such as chemical industry, iron and steel, metallurgy, carbon black, power generation, cement. Suitable for pulse dust cleaning and high speed wind counter blowing and other kinds of bag type dust collector.
