The main structure and working principle
1.1The main structure
This machine is composed mainly by the transmission device, the middle section, feeding period, leaf, hangers and other components.
1.1.1Transmission
The driving device comprises a motor, reducer (cycloidal pin wheel reducer), etc.. Configure according to actual length process requirements of the users and the screw conveyor.
1.1.2The middle section

1.1.3The feeding section

1.Installation:

2.Trial operation
(1) after installation, should be performed for test run, run before removing machine groove sundries, check the oil to the bearings, adding machine.
(2) when the power is connected, first move the drive, to prevent accidents.
(3) when running, jumping, check the sprocket chain, whether there is abnormal sound.
(4) empty in normal operation, operation check all parts, the material conveying process is smooth.
(5) check the sealing machine
Maintenance
1.regularly check whether it is normal operation, whether the noise is not normal, should be promptly stopped out found running failure.
