Working Principle KW30 geothermal well drilling rig is a semi-hydraulic open perforating equipment, which is based on the diesel engine (15) as the driving force, to form a high pressure oil line, through the manipulation of the console (1) on each driven hydraulic pumps control valve to drive the hydraulic motor, and complete a variety of pre-action hydraulic cylinder.
Start impetus when work, manipulate the rotary control valve (1) on the handle, the pressure oil through a rotary control valve drives the rotary motor move on gyrator(25).
Manipulate walking control valve handle to promote the machine forward, backward and turn action.
Manipulate the eight league valve on the handle to control each relative cylinder and hoist motor action, to complete the rail pitch movement within inside guide (22), external guide (24), to promote telescopic movement of cylinder on unloading brazing cylinder (26), the outrigger cylinder (10) and the telescopic cylinders, to promote the positive and negative action on hoist motor. Manipulate the propulsion control valve handle to achieve telescopic movement of thrust cylinder(23), driving the steel wire rope feed and improved. When thrust cylinder (23) shrinks and the gyrator (20) turns, simultaneously open the trachea ball valves for the compressed air from the air compressor into the drill pipe and the impactor, the impactor works to blow the crushed rock stone out of the ground, in order to achieve the impact of broken rock continuous feed, form drilling and boreholes.
