  Product Description Brief Introduction for   vibrating screen: Vibration Screen is widely applied in coal dressing, ore dressing, building material, electricity and chemical industries. It is doing circular movement while at work, and it is of a highly-effective, newly-developed and multilayer machine.
With the introduction of eccentric shaft vibration exciter and particular block, the amplitude can be adjustable. Structure of   vibrating screen:                                                                 SZZ series of auto-centered vibrating screen is composed of mainframe, eccentric bock, screen web, rub spring, electric motor, coupler etc. working principle of  vibrating screen:
It works with the eccentric of main shaft rotation when the spindle rotates, which makes the screen frame vibration of circular. By the motor force and adjusting the amplitude of the eccentric shaft, vibrating screen moves quickly like a circle. Materials in the sieve case can be seperated and screened from the sieve pore in this process.
The vibrating screen adjusts the amplitude by tube-shaped violent vibration screen of eccentric shaft and eccentric blocks. The body moves like a circle, in order to make the materials screened. Features of  vibrating screen :                  1: Large screening capacity, high screening efficiency

1. Check the fine and coarse screen with no damage
2. Check each group of link is locked or not
3. Check the Rotary Shaker sieve box v-rings for damage and if damaged need to be patched in a timely manner to prevent material disclosure.
Second, after you start the equipment:
1. Note there is no abnormal noise                                                                                                                          2. Stability of the current
3. Any abnormal when the equipment in vibration state.
4. After use: clean every time after use. Customized aspects:
