3.1 equipments productivity 
3.1.1 XJJF series of polyurethane foam machine matches with XCXD-60 sole molding molding line(60 position), we produce polyurethane soles by 50 shoe moulds, 10 hours one day and 8 circles/hour, as the rotating speed, it can yield 4000 pairs of soles per day.   3.1.2 XJJF series of polyurethane foamed machine matches with XCXl-60 sole upper-link molding production line(60 position), we are produce 10 hours one day and 8 circles/hour, as the rotating speed, it can yield 1200 pairs of soles per day.   3.1.3 Double color, double density polyurethane sole or upper-link molding shoe products, this techniques should be second pouring, so productivity will be decline.   3.1.4 The equipments productivity is directly relevant with ratio shoe mould   3.1.5 The equipments productivity is relevant with workers skills.

3.2 Model 
Customers can choose suitable model as following principles, according to requ irement of their orders amount and varieties (different specification and different style finished shoes or soles which can be produced in one line), please as follows   XCXL series line is applied for producing upper-link molding shoe or sole CXCD series line is applied for producing sole. According to w o rkshops length and orders amount, variety, specification, select 60,70,80 positions molding line XJJF series is polyurethane foam machine, just produce polyurethane foam sole with double color, double density XJJl series polyurethane pouring machine, it can produce double color, double density polyurethane foamed sole or non-foamed transparent sole 

3.3 The requirement of workshop
