T/T 30% deposit and balance before shipment.

9. Do you charge for samples?
For regular Client, we can offer a small amount of free samples, but we need you to take the freight. And for new Clients, we need to charge full amount for samples and freight. It would be appreciated if you can advise us your FedEX, UPS, DHL account No. so that the freight can be collected at your side.
10. What's your warranty policy?
2 years warranty from the date of production. If any led downlight failed under normal operation during our warranty, we will provide replacement free of charge.
11. How do you pack your LED filament bulb?
Basically, one piece to one white box, many boxes to a carton. Other custom package also available according to Client’s artwork, with extra charges.
12. Can I have my own logo on the products?
Yes, we can put your logo on the products, either with a logo sticker or printed directly on the lamp body by laser engraving.
