magnetic for thin disc type
The magnet type with the highest flux levels, used for applications which demand high energy and miniaturization. Rare earth Neodymium magnets (NdFeB) have been available for industrial use since 1984. Neo magnets have extremely high magnetic energy and therefore are used in applications which require high powered magnets, as well as applications where size and weight reduction are of interest or need to be considered. These qualities have made NdFeb magnets preferable over the commonly used larger and less powerful Ferrite magnets. Features: Rare earth Neodymium magnets (NdFeB) is the strongest available permanent magnet with a maximal energy product of more than 50 MGOe with an excellent coercivity. Standard tolerances are ± 0.1 mm. If grinded ± 0, 05 mm/± 0, 03 mm. Tighter tolerances are available on request. For the protection of corrosion, Neodymium magnets are provided with a coating which can consist of double Nickel, Nickel-Copper-Nickel, Zinc, Tin, Aluminium, Teflon or Epoxy, depending on the application. Neodymium magnet can be made in many kinds of shapes like Ring, Disc, Cylinder, Arc, Block, Stick, Cuboid, Cube, Bar and other abnormal shape according to customers' requirement. And they are always anisotropic which means that they can only be magnetised in preferential direction, axially and diametrically. But by using special coils, Neodymium magnets can be magnetised in a multipoled way.

5. Applications for Neo Magnets NdFeb magnets can be used for a wide variety of applications: Electronics – Sensors, hard disk drives, sophisticated switches, electro-mechanical devices etc. Auto Industry – DC motors (hybrid and electric), small high-performance motors, power steering. Medical – MRI equipment and scanners. Clean Tech Energy – Water flow enhancement, wind turbines. Magnetic Separators – Used for recycling, food and liquids QC, waste removal. Magnetic Bearing – Used for highly sensitive and delicate procedures in various heavy industries. 6. Temperature of use is maximum 80°C to 240°C, depending on the specification, dimensions and system design.
7. HAST NdFeB magnets: different from traditional sintered NdFeB magnets, Hast NdFeB keeps a slight loss in weight and resists corrosion itself, thoroughly getting rid of rediance on coating. As per IEC Hast standard, our Hast NdFeB has only weight loss < 2mg/cm2 after exposed in high temperature, high pressure and high humidity cooker for 168 hours, which is considered lifetime in motors will be over 10 years.
