Cut faceplate 3D Led acrylic facelit letter sign make by 3mm color acrylic faceplate. Acrylic faceplate will be but by machine automatically Bend and paint frame bending galvanized/stainless steel /aluminum frame for 3D letters, and then painted with request color.
Set Led light After bending and painting, assemble the letter.
Set high quality & waterproof Led light inside. Paint white color inside for high brightness. Assemble Put the faceplate with the trim cap with the backplate & frame. And then 3D letter could be light up.
