The function is as follows:   1)      Wheel no.1 is diamond wheel, it made of diamond and bronze alloy materials. The density of diamond is #100, which is use to grind crudely. Main function is to grind around 40% glass of bevel surface. After wheel No.1 processing, the surface of bevel is very coarse.   2)      Wheel no.2, 3 are same as wheel in structure. It is diamond wheel also, the density is 140# and 180# accordingly, which is semi-crude grinding, used to grind around 20% of bevel surface result is more fine than wheel No.1.   3)      Wheel No.4, 5, 6, 7 are make of diamond and resin glue, we called it resin wheel. The density are 180#, 240#, 280#, 320# accordingly. These wheels are used to grind around 38% of glass size, the grind degree are 15%, 9%, 8%, 6%ordinal. The result is getting more smooth.   4)      Wheel No.8 is base edge grinding wheel, which used to straight base edge of glass. It is diamond wheels (180#).   5)      Wheel No9, 10, 11 are cerium oxide powder wheel. The wheel is made of felt pad, which used with polishing powder together to grind finely on surface of glass, after processing, the beveling surface become clear and smooth.   When machine start, the wheels will run at same time, it is controlled by electric switch on electric control panel. One gear box is stall on side of machine to control working speed of delivery belt, it is infinitely variable gear. Machine install straight guide and optical axis, make transmission system move smoothly and accurately.   With our standard model, the machine do not install digital player to show working speed, only showing thickness of glass. We can install digital player showing working speed, angel of beveling according to customer’s requirement. We install two instruments to above figures.   The machine will supply two water tanks, one is round, another is square ness. Round one will install with puddle for polishing powder.       Character   HSB-371 Machine is specially designed for medium and retailers category of glass processors to enable them to upgrade and their existing systems. This machine not only produces superior quality of bevel glass. Its production capacity is more than 10 times by reducing 75% manpower as compared with manual operated system.
