  HSE-9243 glass straight line edging machine is designed for grinding straight edges or 45 angles and flat glass of different sizes and thickness. Crude grinding, refine grinding, polishing, and angle making can be completed in one procession.

Placement of wheels

  The machine install with 9 wheels, they are Diamond wheel #1, #2, Resin wheel #3, 10S40 for #4, X5000 for #5, Resin wheel for #6 & 8, 10S40 for # 7 & 9.   1)      Wheel no.1 is diamond wheel with teeth, it made of diamond and bronze alloy materials. The density of diamond is #100, which is use to grind crudely. Main function is to grind around 60% glass of edge surface. After wheel No.1 processing, the surface is very coarse. 2)      Wheel no.2 is diamond wheel, the density is 240#, which is semi-crude grinding, used to grind around 30% of surface, result is more fine than wheel No.1. 3)      Wheel No.3 is make of diamond and resin glue, we called it resin wheel. The density are320#. These wheels are used to remove the rough parts from glass, make it more smoothly. 4)      Wheel No.4 is polishing wheel, can use 10S40, it is used to fine grinding. 5)      Wheel No.5 is X5000, it is last polishing wheel, it can reach transparent result. 6)      Wheel No. 6 and 8 are 45 degree angel grinding, it is Resin wheel. 7)      Wheel No. 7 and 9 are 10s40, polishing the angel.
