HSR-242 Foshan edging polish toughened glass machine
HSR-242 glass straight line round edging machine is specially designed to grind rectilinear OG, DOG, TOG, pencil edge, Flat Edge Grinding & Other Profiles using various wheels according to different thickness of glass.

The machine install with 8 wheels, they are Diamond wheel#1,2 for angle grinding, Diamond wheel#3,4 for figuration, BK wheel#5,6 and BD wheel #7,8 for polishing. The function is as follows: 1.Wheel no.1, 2 are diamond wheel; it is used to cut 45 degree from both angel, so that can reduce pressure for number 3, 4 wheels.
2.Wheel no3,4 are diamond wheels for figuration, you can select different wheels to reach different result. Using pencil wheel will have pencil edge, using OG wheel can shape OG edge.
3.Wheel No.5,6 is BK wheels, it is polishing wheel. If user can use Ø175 wheel, result is best. User need to make different shape on wheels by himself before operation.
4.No.7 and 8 are BD wheel, it is polishing wheel. User need to make different shape on wheels by himself before operation.
