How to make a rubber pad for pad printing? 1.Clean the pad mould,then dry it. 2. Put the silicone rubber and silicone oil in proportion into the container,mix and stir it. 3. Put the mixture into a vacuum unit,extract the bubble inside it,take it out after there is no bubble in it. 4. Put the catalyst into mixture,then mix and stir it. 5. Put the mixture into a vacuum unit,extract the bubble inside it,take it out after there is no bubble in it. 6. Pour mixture into the pad mould slowly,then cover the board,the pad can be taken out after 3-4hours.
