As per our study, it confirms that the hair will be burned and damaged when the temperature of the plates is over 270C. And at present, the hair straightener with MCH heater, which use double temperature protection, one is IC itself, another one is temperature fuse, when the circuit is out of control, it will only rely on the temperature fuse for protection. However, the temperature fuse reply the signal of the out of control by transmission. And there would be a lag in time when transmission and also the accuracy is not high. Therefore it still have the chance that the temperature will be over 270c, it still has the chance to burn the hair. Considering with this problem, we develop POC( power of control unit) and got  the patent.   The working principle of the POC is as below:   When circuit is out of control and the temperature of plate over 260 °C, The POC will cut off the power automatically immediately. It prevents completely burning the hair. Also even the unit is power off, when you plug on, if the POC sense the
temperature is over 260C, it will protect at once.
