Crude Oil Physical Refining Plant

 Feature

The complete sets of refinery equipment are intermittent refining, with a reasonable design, excellent performance simple operation, power consumption, light weight, small foot print and etc, compared with other refining equipment, with less investment, quick, no need to plant. Do not need to hit the foundation, can be used indoors.

Brief introduction:

      After preheating, add a certain amount of hot water in the crude oil for degumming. Then add a certain amount of alkali liquor in the degummed oil for alkali refining reaction, and  centrifuge out soap stock and oil. After removing soapstock out, the oil begin water washing, centrifuging, and vacuum drying by heating. After dehydration, oil go into the bleaching  pot for bleaching, and fitering clay or active carbon. Then after heat exchanger, the decolored oil enters into the deodorization pot. After deodorization, fitering and cooling, the oil enters into the finished oil tank.

We can contract the project of Multiple Refining Line,small refinery,Medium and large refining line,batch refining line. The capacity is from 1TPD to 500TPD.

Steam generator: produce deodorant distillation required steam.
