Solvent Extraction

Leaching production line has advantages of large capacity and high oil yield,which is suitable for medium and large size oil plants.
     Complete sets of equipment mainly consists of leaching, leaching DTDC, evaporator, condenser, stripper and other equipment. With orgainic solvent extraction principle, it can extract oil form oil crops cakes after contact  and soaking, spraying,
such as embryo (soybean) or pre-pressing cake(rapeseed, cottonseed, sunflower seeds, peanuts, rice bran, sesame seed, tea seed, coconut and so on).   
     This process adopts stainless steel tube condenser, aluminum alloy tube condenser or plate condenser, tail gas refrigeration recovery unit, advanced technology,excellent performance. The company can undertake 10-400t/d complete sets of leaching equipment.
