3. The scope of supply covered by the Seller:

The supply of complete set of equipment, including: 30t/d degumming & deacidification, decolorizing, deodorization,dewaxing and 30t/d oil fractionation equipment;

The installation for complete set of equipment;

The supply of workshop power control equipment; provide control switch push button for single equipment;

The design of workshop process flow diagram, layout of equipment, foundation hole drawing and civil engineering condition drawing;

The installation material of whole project;

Staff training and long term technology service;

Transport costs for the equipment;

4. The project scope covered by the Buyer

The design and construction of civil works;

The construction for lighting engineering in workshop and public work;

All pipeline and storage tanks outside public work and workshop;

Auxiliary and ancillary facilities outside the workshop

Assist installation and commissioning of equipment

5. Warranty period

The warranty period of this project is one year, during the warranty period, the seller should put forward the solution within 48 hours after receiving the written inform from the buyer. If the buyer need on site service, the seller will arrange professional persons to serve within 1month. after receiving the inform from the buyer, the charges will be prepaid, including the round-trip tickets, accommodate and life insurance for everyone. The supplier will freely change and repair owing to the equipment damage and fault caused by the quality,except the human factors and force majeure . And the supplier is responsible for the technology service all the year round via telephone/ fax/email, which is not confined by the warranty period
