     Soft magnetic powder core is a kind of soft magnetic composite based on alloy powder with micron size. It is produced by high-resistivity  insulation coating, high-pressure compaction, annealing and other processes. As a new generation of soft magnetic material after sili-  con steel, ferrite, amorphous alloy and nanocrystalline alloy, it has the advantages of both metallic magnetic material and oxide magnetic material and has been acknowledged as the most suitable core for power electronics device developing towards high frequency, high power, energy saving and small size.
